How to destroy a person in three easy steps

Make shit up-  tell lies to whoever will listen to you.  Connect them as closely as you can to stuff that is kind of true.

Start saying the same stuff as, " I heard that... ". Include the names of some of the people that you originally lied to-  such as, "I heard from x that..."   This causes the heater of the rumor / lie to verify it with someone you told it to.  You also identify someone else as your source for the lie.

This next part is tricky and if you can pull it off your plan will not fail-- tell the story often enough that people actually begin to believe that they heard or saw the false event first hand.
